Interior shot from in the hatch

Rear hatch being taken apart.

Some hidden Nitrous and Fuel Solenoids.

Wing removed for modding.  I know, I know, its dirty.

Very rusty front brake.

Other side is much cleaner.

Where's the battery?

Some lower mesh, eyelids, and in desperate need of new paint and a grille.

The heart of the beast.  Wire need to be hidden a little better.

Sparco seat, 30 lbs less then stock.

Prosport gauges in the corner and a whole bunch of leaves on the floor.

More leaves and a partially torn apart passenger side.

Here you can see two wires for the oil temp gauge and a drain for oil cooler.

Shot of our Dual Exhaust, yes one day you can buy one too.

These cars are way too low.

Enjoy!

To celebrate our first year in business, we are taking our shop car up a notch.  Previously the car has been street driven and the test bed for basic product development.  The major issue with that as the lack of available down time.  As of this winter, the car is off the street and undergoing some major surgery.

This blog is to allow all that are interested to comment and take away some good info.  I encourage requests and advice as much as possible.  I'm fully aware there are customers out there that know far more then we do, and I want them to speak up!

Our first phase is to add some exterior modifications.  Currently our list is as follows:

  • Lamin-X tints on all exterior lighting surfaces
  • Debadged and dewinged
  • Modified wing
  • Mesh Grille
  • Functional Brake cooling Fog Light ducts
  • Rear Diffusers
  • Shaved handles
  • De-Chromed

Phase 2 involves Interior modifications:

  • Sparco Seat
  • 4 Point Harness hook ups
  • Relocate Battery
  • Interior trim painted
  • Hatch area carpeting replaced and NOS bottles integrated
  • Electronic switched hooked up
  • Interior lighting changed to blue
  • Gauges installed and set to match factory color

Phase 3 covers Suspension and Brakes:

  • KSport Coilovers
  • 14" 8 pistons up front and 13" 6 pistons in the rear, KSport
  • LSD
  • Chassis Bracing

Phase 4 is to put the finishing touches on the engine.  There are many ideas up in the air, but nothing set in stone yet.

Stay tuned for updates.
